We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join maintenance teams at major Government Health Precincts. We have opportunities available across various locations, including Woolloongabba, Redlands, and Redcliffe.

This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity. Get your foot in the door with a stable government body, transition into a permanent career, and reclaim your weekends (and then some) with a 9-day fortnight.

The Work

You’ll be a vital part of the Facilities Management team, ensuring critical hospital systems stay online. This is high-stakes maintenance where your technical skills directly support clinical services.

• Reactive and preventative maintenance of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and split systems.

• Maintenance of essential refrigeration and medical cooling storage.

• Fault-finding and diagnostics across the entire hospital campus.

• Ensuring all work hits strict health, safety, and government standards.

What You Need

We need technicians who take pride in their work and understand the unique requirements of a healthcare environment.

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

• Licensing: Restricted Electrical Licence and a valid Driver’s Licence.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records (standard for hospital sites).

• Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
